Ghoulish Halloween Goodies, Funky sounds of Ebb Slack & Flood, costume prizes, and a great time for all ages!!! Don’t be afraid, the islanders (Fidalgo or Guemes) usually don’t bite. Can’t be so sure about the mainlanders. But remember everyone is welcome.
